Widget code can be added to supported websites. Share your site address and platform so we can check compatibility and the access method before installation.
Who prepares the questions and answers?+
Accurate product, service and contact information supplied by your business is organised and added to the bot flow. The final content goes live with your approval.
Does this product also include a WhatsApp bot?+
No. SecBot Widget Bot is for the chat area on your website. SecBot WhatsApp is a separate product for WhatsApp welcome and navigation flows.
What does the monthly service include?+
The monthly service includes basic maintenance, technical support and a weekly SaaS system backup. Substantial new flows or custom integrations are priced separately.
Can adjustments be made after setup?+
Testing and basic adjustment support is provided for 7 days after delivery. You can submit further requests through the customer panel.
What happens if I need additional development?+
The cost of custom integrations or development outside the agreed scope is shared before work begins. No additional work is carried out without your approval.
