How do I start a custom software request?+
Describe the task, who will use the system, the screens you need and any systems to connect. After review, a written proposal sets out features, deliverables, schedule and cost. Do not send passwords or customer data in your initial request.
How is the project price determined?+
The price depends on the screens, user roles, integrations, data transfer, security requirements, testing scope and delivery time. The total is shown in the proposal before development begins.
How do delivery and acceptance work?+
The agreed features are checked in a test environment when complete. Publication or handover takes place after the agreed acceptance criteria are met.
How are source code, access and data handed over?+
The project proposal lists the source files, administrator access, documentation, data export format and usage rights to be delivered. Handover follows that written list.
Can I get support after delivery?+
The bug-fix period and ongoing maintenance option are listed separately in the proposal. Mention any regular maintenance or further development needs during the project discussion; no subscription is started automatically.
What happens if I request a new feature during the project?+
The effect on the schedule and price is shared in writing. The agreed scope or total price is not changed without your approval.
