What is SFTP Backup Storage used for?
It is used to store website files, server backups, project files, archives and scheduled backups securely over an SFTP connection.
How is access provided?
Dedicated SFTP user credentials are created. Connection details, port and folder structure are delivered; strong passwords or key-based access can be preferred for security.
Can the storage be expanded later?
Yes. Upgrades from packages such as 50 GB, 100 GB or 250 GB can be planned depending on infrastructure availability.
Does this service guarantee backups by itself?
SFTP storage provides secure storage space; backup frequency, automation and restore responsibility must be planned separately. Critical systems should define a backup policy via support ticket.
