This agreement explains the basic sales, delivery, cancellation and refund terms for services purchased from Sofmira, including domains, hosting, VPS/VDS, software, ready website packages, panel setup, cloud services, maintenance and technical support.
Automatic services are usually activated after payment confirmation. Custom setup, migration, software and managed services may require additional information and delivery time.
Refund eligibility depends on the service type, activation status and third party costs. Domain registrations, licenses, custom work, completed setup services and consumed resources may not be refundable.
